Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee profit centre operations, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives through effective leadership and guidance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 19-27 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related field (preferably in sheet metal industry).
• B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (Computers preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven track record of heading profit centres or similar roles with expertise in bending, EBITDA analysis, P&L management, SBU

• development.
