Plant Head and Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage production operations to meet daily targets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
• Oversee shop floor activities, including cutting, stitching, and sewing processes to ensure high-quality products are produced on time.
• Analyze data from OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, quality control, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry as a Plant Head or Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of production operation, including cutting, stitching, and sewing techniques.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities with multiple shifts.
