Plant Head and Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage a team of supervisors to achieve optimal performance in fabrication, sheet metal processing, robotic welding, MIG welding, and other manufacturing activities.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to improve profitability through effective resource allocation and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 18-26 years of experience in plant management or similar role in the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA analysis and P&L management principles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving fabrication, weld shop operations (MIG & TIG), sheet metal processing.
