KRA1 Commercial Control

(R) Assist Marketing in resolving issues pertaining to customer credit management

(R) Preparation of DO, DI invoicing, collection

(R) Review and finalization of various temporary Godowns keeping in view Plant capacity utilization, imbalance in demand supply scenario, high penal charges at Rail Head etc.

(R,A) Physical verification of sties of all Non trade / Key Customer where material is to be supplied as per SOP within three days of receipt of intimation from Regional Head Commercial

KRA2 Invoicing and Billing

(R) Resolve dealers' queries within three days of receipt of query

(R) Verification of challan with invoice and ensure proper rate

(R) Ensure 100% invoicing same day through DCA

KRA3 Logistics and Freight

KRA4 MIS, Tracking and Reporting

KRA5 Sales, Collection and Cost Control

(R) Monitor control over cheque bouncing parties
