Plant Coordinator RMC Despatch & Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch planning, ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers.
  
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock, performing regular inventory reconciliations.
  
• Oversee weighbridge operations, maintaining accurate records of material quantities.
  
• Prepare dispatch documents accurately and efficiently using MS Excel.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to production operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
  
• Strong knowledge of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) products and processes preferred.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the building material industry.
