Key Skills

• 57 years of experience in Space Planning – JDA, Retail, or FMCG experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with the JDA space management technology platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Strong data analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for the assigned category/region by developing strong process and category knowledge.
• Acquire deep customer/category context to enhance planogram and space planning decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects, including:
• Delivering visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow.
• Conducting planogram quality control to ensure compliance with assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics.
• Ensure project timelines are met by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
• Leverage data to allocate the right space for the right product.
• Eliminate reporting redundancies and identify best practices for the team.
• Demonstrate a high level of accountability when handling high-visibility requests or tight turnaround timelines.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on achieving team goals.
• Continuously develop and apply advanced expertise in JDA, intermediate-level MS Excel, and other relevant applications.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and enhance the team's ability to address business requirements effectively.
