Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, PEB, MEP, and contractor teams to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze project delays, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Monitor resource deployment, productivity, and project performance.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and variance analysis.
• Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.
• Maintain project documentation related to planning, scheduling, and controls.
• Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status update
