Planning Manager

Prepare design, construction, procurement & finishing schedules
* Delay analysis, catch-up plans and resource allocation
* Link execution schedule with cost to derive cash flows
* MIS, progress reports and tracking statutory approvals
* Coordinate with consultants and design team for GFC drawings (RFIs, change register)

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil, 12+ years in planning and scheduling of high-rise towers
* Strong grasp of drawings, construction methodology and costing
* Multi-agency coordination and ability to deliver under pressure
* MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP; Primavera P6 (optional)
