Job Description: Planning Manager Oil & Gas Industry
Experience: 15-21 Years
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Software Skills: Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programs, and milestone plans.
- Monitor progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Perform critical path analysis, identify delays, and develop recovery schedules.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor manpower, resources, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Identify schedule risks and ensure timely project completion within the approved timeline.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project planning.
- Experience in oil & gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, or pipeline projects.
- Knowledge of progress measurement, delay analysis, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
