Job Description: Planning Manager (Residential Projects)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules, master programmes and look-ahead plans in Primavera P6.
• Track weekly and monthly progress, analyse critical path and float, and prepare recovery plans.
• Monitor labour productivity against norms and drive improvements.
• Plan manpower, materials and equipment aligned to the schedule.
• Baseline scheduling and S-Curve analysis
• Prepare progress reports and MIS for management and clients.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, design and contracts teams; guide planning engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 12-18 years in construction planning
• Proven experience in residential projects (high-rise or townships).
• Strong hands-on expertise in P6 and labour productivity analysis.
