Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Provide expert guidance on project planning best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in residential real estate business with a focus on planning engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for creating detailed project schedules and resource planning.
• Excellent understanding of risk assessment techniques and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
