Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls activities for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing project programmes, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery in line with project timelines and client expectations.

Experience: 11 -19 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programmes, detailed schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress and analyse critical path activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Manage resource planning, manpower loading, and productivity tracking.
• Support project controls, forecasting, and risk management activities.
• Lead planning reviews and programme performance evaluations.
• Guide and mentor Planning Engineers and junior team members.

Mandatory requirement: Experience on high-rise residential developments of G+40 floors or above / MHADA / SRA / Rehab.
