Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
  
• Analyze data to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  
• Ensure promised date production and delivery of the materials to the customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Production planning work experience in PVC pipe or HDPE pipe manufacturing plant
  
• Strong understanding of PPC principles, including capacity planning, inventory management, material requirement planning, shop floor control, etc.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
