Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects from initiation to completion using Primavera P6.
• Develop detailed project schedules considering resource availability, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular progress tracking meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in Planning Engineering or related field (B.Tech degree required).
• Strong understanding of MS Projects (Primavera P6) software applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
