Role & responsibilities

Design ,study and review: For defining the scope of the entire project for all the entities.

• Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting & Controlling the

Project.

• Preparing timetables for all the activities, calculating resources & developing Project progress curves.
