Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Advanced Excel, Coordinate with the Lead Mechanical MEP Engineer regarding project planning and scheduling requirements. Develop project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress. Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Track project milestones and identify schedule deviations. Prepare recovery plans to mitigate delays. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for planning purposes. worked on data centers
