About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Track progress across structure, faade, MEP, finishes, amenities, infrastructure, external development, interiors, fit-outs, and landscape packages where applicable.
- Coordinate closely with execution, procurement, QS / billing, design, quality, and consultant teams to ensure schedule alignment and timely milestone achievement.
- Support resource planning through manpower, material, work front readiness, and package interface tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, progress presentations, and management updates with clear visibility on status, risks, recovery measures, and forecast completion dates.
- Support milestone-linked cash-flow inputs, billing readiness, and commercial planning through structured schedule data.
- Manage planning for multiple towers, phases, or large project zones while maintaining consistency in reporting and progress measurement.
- Drive stronger planning discipline through progress validation, interface reviews, recovery tracking, and better project controls practices on site.
