Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, MSP, and MS Project.
  
• Create detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and resource allocation.

• Hands on experience in Project Planning, Budgeting (BTC and CTC) and Costing.

• Coordinate with Client.

• Coordinate with sub - contractors for work plan.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress against planned timelines.
  
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting purposes, SAP knowledge is must.
  
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders.
