Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager for a large-scale Data Center Project in Navi Mumbai. The candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress control, delay analysis, resource planning and MIS reporting. Experience in managing integrated Civil, Structural and MEP schedules for Data Center or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project master schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop WBS, baseline schedules, milestone schedules and detailed construction programs.
• Monitor actual project progress against planned schedules and identify deviations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and look-ahead schedules for Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP activities.
• Coordinate with execution, MEP, procurement, design and commercial teams for integrated project planning.
• Track engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning milestones.
• Prepare resource-loaded schedules and monitor manpower, equipment and material requirements.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery / catch-up schedules wherever required.
• Monitor critical path activities and highlight potential schedule risks to project management.
• Prepare project dashboards, S-curves, progress reports and management MIS.
• Track contractor and subcontractor performance against approved schedules.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings with project teams and contractors.
• Support management in forecasting project completion dates and identifying schedule risks.
• Coordinate planning activities for testing, commissioning, integrated system testing and project handover.
• Maintain records of schedule revisions, delays, extensions and project progress.

Required Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in project planning and project controls.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical / Large Industrial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing for Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works.
• Experience in baseline planning, progress monitoring, delay analysis and recovery scheduling.
• Good understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
• Experience in preparing S-curves, dashboards, MIS and progress reports.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
