Planning Manager

• Experience: 15+ Years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Location: Kanpur and Gwalior
• Project Type: Heavy Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules, baseline programs, and WBS for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor procurement schedules, long-lead items, and vendor deliverables.
• Track construction progress against baseline schedules using Primavera P6
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Perform delay analysis, CPM analysis, and impact assessments.
• Develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation and project control records.

Candidates with strong planning experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred
