Planning Manager - MEP

We are hiring for our reputed client based out of Sanand location

PFB JD :

• Develop and manage the master project schedule using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and detailed project timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule alignment
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning
• Track key project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Ensure compliance with PMC standards and client reporting requirements .

Key Requirements:

• Experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction / PMC projects
• Mandatory experience in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies
• Knowledge of EPC lifecycle and project controls
• Familiarity with international project standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
