About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial building projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, costs, and timelines for clients.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in construction planning or a related field (civil engineering).
- Strong understanding of industrial construction methods and materials used in commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates for labor, materials, equipment rentals etc.
