Planning & Forecasting Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize staff schedules for retail stores.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, seasonality trends, and market insights.
• Collaborate with store managers to create effective schedules that meet business objectives.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal labor costs and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 3-20 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in WFM (Workforce Management) software or similar tools.
