Key Responsibilities
- Prepare flooring product plans, layouts, and cost estimates based on project requirements.
- Create detailed CAD drawings and technical layouts for flooring projects.
- Develop flooring designs according to customer requirements, measurements, and specifications.
- Analyze drawings, dimensions, BOQs, and project requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
- Calculate material quantities, wastage, measurements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, design, production, procurement, and project teams.
- Review drawings and designs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Make necessary modifications to CAD drawings based on site conditions or customer requirements.
- Maintain records of estimates, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
