Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate construction project activities. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing schedules, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed within the planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
• Develop and maintain project programmes using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and execution teams.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead plans, and MIS reports.
• Identify project delays, analyse critical activities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and equipment utilisation.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of civil construction and cladding works.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to contractual timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, planning records, and progress updates.
• Assist in preparing recovery plans and revised schedules when required.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.

Experience:

• 1 to 7 years of experience in project planning within civil construction or building solutions.
• Experience in faade, cladding, structural, or commercial building projects will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting.
