Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines for solar projects.
• Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor actual project progress against planned targets and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Develop S-curves, bar charts, look-ahead plans, and project dashboards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements in coordination with project teams.
• Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain project planning documents, progress records, and management reports.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Support project teams in achieving project targets within the approved schedule.
