Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute shutdowns in accordance with company procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for shutdown projects using tools like Primavera P6 or SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies during the planning phase.
- Monitor progress against planned milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas industry practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or SAP.
