Planning Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects only. The candidate must have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline schedules, work programs, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct critical path analysis and suggest corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Track project milestones, manpower deployment, and resource utilization.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and delay analysis reports.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure timely completion of WTP/STP project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in WTP/STP projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Only candidates with WTP and/or STP project experience should apply.
• Candidates from building construction, roads, bridges, residential, commercial, or other unrelated projects will not be considered.
• Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory.
