Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• 2 - 5 years of experience in machine manufacturing/project coordination.
• Coordinate production and assembly of project-based machines as per drawings, BOMs, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Electrical, and Service teams.
• Track machine components, materials, fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch.
• Monitor project-wise production progress and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on material shortages, outsourced work, technical issues, and production delays.
• Ensure the latest drawings and engineering revisions are communicated to production.
• Coordinate inspections, machine trials, FAT, punch-point closure, and final dispatch.
• Prepare daily/weekly machine production and project status reports.
• Maintain project documents, BOMs, drawings, inspection records, and dispatch details.
• Escalate delays and critical issues to the Project/Production Manager.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Project Co Ordination, Planning Procurement, Project Reporting,

Good Knowledge Of Advance Excel & Power Point.
