Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and construction planning for civil engineering projects using MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely task completion.
• Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical guidance on project management best practices to junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze project data to optimize planning processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, NICMAR, ACM, ACT software tools.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and resource allocation principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning principles and practices.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
