Planning Engineer

**HIRING PLANNING ENGINEER / PLANNER CUM SCHEDULER**

**Function:** PMO – Planning

* Gujarat (GJ)

* Madhya Pradesh (MP)

* Andhra Pradesh (AP)

* Tamil Nadu (TN)

* Maharashtra (MH) & Rajasthan (RJ) – 1 resource for both clusters

**Reporting:** Central PMO – Planning Team, Bengaluru HO

### Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules, baselines and milestones.
• Prepare weekly/monthly plans, look-ahead schedules and project forecasts.
• Monitor **Plan vs Actual** progress for Wind, BESS and O&M projects.
• Track milestones, schedule deviations, delays and recovery actions.
• Identify schedule risks and provide early-warning inputs to the Central PMO.
• Consolidate project updates into cluster-level planning and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, O&M and other stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS, dashboards and management reports.
• Support **Power BI dashboards and data analysis** for project performance monitoring.
• Assist in forecasting, recovery planning and continuous improvement of planning processes.

### Required Skills

5–7 years of experience in **Project Planning / Project Controls / PMO**

Experience in **Wind / BESS / Renewable Energy / Power / EPC / Infrastructure** preferred

Strong knowledge of project scheduling and **Plan vs Actual analysis**

Hands-on experience with **Primavera P6 or MS Project (MSP)**

Good knowledge of **MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint & MS Office**

Power Query / Data Analytics knowledge will be an advantage

Good understanding of critical path, milestones, look-ahead planning and forecasting

Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with Central & Cluster teams

### Qualification

**Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent**

Certification in **Project Planning / Project Management** will be an added advantage.
