About this role
We are hiring a skilled Planning Engineer with 5 to 13 years of experience to join our team on the payroll of Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd, located in Bina, MP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning using Primavera/MS Project and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
