Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial high-rise building projects using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor progress against planned milestones and identify potential issues early on to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and negotiate changes in scope, schedule, or budget.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in planning engineering for commercial high-rise buildings or similar structures.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project; knowledge of other scheduling tools an asset.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials science, and local building codes related to high-rise buildings (e.g., tower codes).
• Excellent coordination skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
