Job Description
We are looking for a Planning cum Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in project planning, QS, estimation, costing, billing, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project (MSP).
- Develop baseline schedules, work programs and look-ahead plans.
- Track project progress, delays, critical activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle quantity take-off, BOQ, rate analysis, estimation and costing.
- Verify measurements and contractor/subcontractor/client bills.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations and budget.
- Prepare and verify DPR and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, project, procurement and subcontractor teams.
- Support tendering, claims, variations and EOT documentation.
