Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues related to billing, scheduling, and subcontractor billing.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including status updates, milestones achieved, and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure accurate client billing by tracking hours worked by team members and preparing invoices accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 4-13 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry as a Planning Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) and ability to create comprehensive project plans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports using tools like Excel or Word.
