Planning Engineer

Key responsibilities:
• Create and maintain project schedules aligned with project specifications.
• Plan work, reduce uncertainty, and improve project efficiency.
• Assist with cost estimates, budget preparation, and expenditure tracking.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
landscaping standards.
• Coordinate with project teams on scope, schedules, costs, and variations.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and potential delays.
• Analyse critical paths and schedule constraints and recommend solutions.
• Prepare project status reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software.
