Planning Engineer

Job Description:

The Billing & Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing project bills, tracking project progress, and planning project schedules. The role ensures accurate billing, timely reporting, and proper coordination between site teams, contractors, and management to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Only for Male candidates. Planning Responsibilities
• Prepare and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress as per the approved plan.
• Monitor delays and help the team take corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure work is completed as per schedule.

Billing Responsibilities

* Prepare running bills (RA Bills) based on actual site progress.

* Verify contractor bills, measurements, and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.

* Prepare client bills and ensure timely submission.

* Maintain billing records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with accounts and contracts teams for bill certification and payment follow-up.

Coordination & Reporting

* Attend project review meetings and support planning and billing discussions.

* Coordinate with procurement teams to track material availability.

* Ensure work quantities and progress are correctly recorded.

* Assist in preparing cost reports and budget tracking.

Key Skills Required

* Knowledge of project planning and billing processes.

* Experience in Residential , High rise buildings.

* Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.

* Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
