Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze data to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays or cost overruns.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (building construction).
• Strong understanding of high-rise building design principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
