Planning Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Planning Engineer with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team in Surendernagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and execution of EPC projects.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and schedules using Primavera or MS Project.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion.


• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.


• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.


• Minimum 9 years of experience in planning, P6, Primavera, or MS Project in EPC projects.


• Strong knowledge of planning principles, practices, and techniques.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.


• Overtime, HRA, and leaves applicable.
