Alshawamikh is hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for a major NAMA Water Services Potable Water Pipeline Project in Sur, Oman.

Mandatory Experience:

Candidates must have strong experience in water pipeline / Oil & Gas Pipeline/ water infrastructure projects, preferably covering water transmission or distribution networks and associated civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain baseline & detailed project schedules for water pipeline works.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays and schedule deviations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and productivity against planned targets.
• Prepare S-Curves, progress updates and schedule performance reports.
• Identify critical activities and support recovery / mitigation plans.
• Assist with delay analysis, EOT and recovery programmes.
• Coordinate with Client/Consultant for progress measurement and programme updates.
• Maintain accurate planning records and ensure execution remains aligned with project milestones.
