Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, timelines, and project updates.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Construction teams for schedule alignment.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning.
• Track milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
• Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with PMC standards and client reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

• Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 1015 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction/PMC projects.
• Mandatory experience in Semiconductor / High-Tech / Cleanroom projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of EPC lifecycle and Project Controls.
• Familiarity with international project standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
