Planning Engineer (Spiral)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process optimization: Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Project planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines for pipe production.
• Resource Management: Estimate and allocate resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to meet production goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the production schedule and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams, supervisors, and contractors to align project objectives.
• Reporting: Generate reports on production progress, costs, and resource utilization for stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in mechanical.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in spiral pipe mill or relevant.

• Strong proficiency in problem solving of all kinds of the challenge in spiral mill.

• Demonstrated experience in managing new projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
