We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer to join our Construction team based in India.

Responsibilities

• The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for Oil & Gas construction projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead plans.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and resource planning.
• Support project controls, cost tracking, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
