Planning Engineer - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
  
• Create detailed project plans, including site planning and construction sequencing.
  
• Progress Monitoring: Track daily/weekly/monthly site progress against baseline schedules.
• identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions

• Prepare and monitor project schedules.
• Track planned vs. actual project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and S-curves.
• Monitor critical activities and project milestones.
• Identify project delays and support recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site, project, procurement and contractor teams.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.
• Ensure project activities are completed as per planned timelines.
