Planning & Contracts Head

Preferred candidate profile

15 to 20 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction.

Strong expertise in project planning, contracts, and project controls.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and contract administration.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and coordination skills.
