Planning Associate Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate forecasting of construction timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize MS Project (MSP) software to track progress against baseline plans, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
• Provide regular reporting on project status to stakeholders, including updates on schedule variances, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.

Job Requirements :

• 11-15 years of experience in residential construction or engineering industry with expertise in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of S-Curve methodology for forecasting and scheduling complex projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) software for tracking progress against baseline plans.
• Good experience in High Rise Residential project
