Planning And Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Scrutinize, verify, and certify contractors bills in line with project quantities and agreements.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project, ensuring timely tracking and reporting of progress.
• Conduct rate analysis, prepare cost estimates, and track material consumption against budget.
• Raise proactive alerts regarding work requests or amendments in line with work orders and project schedules.
• Maintain records of quantity tracking, reconciliation, and cost reports.
• Prepare minor drawings in AutoCAD as required by the project team.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and progress monitoring at all stages.

• Bill scrutiny and certification ensuring timely completion.
• Planning schedule and tracking submission of accurate and periodical tracking reports.
• Work request/amendment requests raising proactive alerts and documentation in line with project schedules.
• Rate analysis and quantity tracking submission of periodic quantity and reconciliation reports.
• Preparation of minor drawings in AutoCAD as per project requirements.
