Planning and Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct cost analysis and estimation to determine project costs, identifying potential savings opportunities.
• Develop rate analyses to compare prices from different contractors or suppliers, making recommendations on the most cost-effective option.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, estimation, and rate analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and make informed decisions.
