Placements and Training officer

Qualification: B.E. in any specialization
Experience: 7 to 15 years

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners.
• Coordinate with recruiters, students, and placement teams.
• Develop placement opportunities and expand the recruiter network.
• Conduct and coordinate student training, mock interviews, aptitude tests, and career guidance.
• Maintain placement records, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with management and institutional heads to achieve placement objectives.
