Placement,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate placement activities for students, including internships, job fairs, and on-campus recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure job opportunities for students through tie-ups and TPO (Training & Placement Officer) initiatives.
• Manage the entire placement process from registration to final selection, ensuring timely communication with both students and companies.
• Analyze feedback from employers to improve the quality of placements and student outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in education/training industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate relations, placement coordination, and TPO functions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with corporates and students alike.
